The FGD-1 and FGD-2 samples are flue-gas by-product gypsum. The TIG-1 and GYP-4 samples are by-product gypsum from the production of titanium dioxide, TiO2. This set of four by-product gypsum standards complements the natural gypsum stds., listed on the previous page. It extends the calibration ranges of major and trace elements for the majority of natural or byproduct gypsum samples.

Trace Elements: Each by-product gypsum has on average 20 - 24 ‘certified’ trace elements.
