Packaging :  Glass  discs,  diameter  of  32mm or  40mm, 5-8mm thick,  optically flat on both sides. 
                      CRM's   also available in powder form (particles <100µ, packaged in 100g quantities.

Used for     :  For the calibration of the XRF system and for the analysis of industrial and decorative glasses.

Certificate  :  "Certificate od Analysis"  resulting from a round-robin of 17 expert laboratories.

These disks are used as "Certified Reference Materials" or "Standards" in the analysis of any industrial optical or decorative glass products. The disks are perfectly flat and thick enough to allow for the direct glass analysis by X-ray Fluorescence (XRF).  These standards offer long term stability under the X-ray beam and are resistant to moisture.
